I served as a teaching assistant (TA) for Biol 300 at the University of British Columbia for three consecutive terms. I actively participated in weekly TA-meetings and worked closely with instructors and other TAs towards the course goals and objectives. In my weekly tutorial sessions, I independently managed two classes of 25-30 undergraduate students. As part of my responsibilities, I taught a statistics program and engaged students in discussions. During my weekly office hours, I answered questions and provided guidance with assignments. Also, I was responsible for marking assignments and exams as well as proctoring the exams.
